We went to the Depeche Mode concert and Peter Bjorn and John opened for them. They only played about 30 minutes and Depeche Mode played a couple hours, it was pretty good, I like the old stuff so much better. As we were walking out, Jason recognized Bjorn, him and John happened to be standing outside our portal so we got their autographs and chatted with them a minute. They said they are doing an east coast tour in November and some other US cities in February.

chris was bummed because the doors had just opened and he went to buy a t-shirt and only caught the last song by p.b.&j. (that’s funny as i look at that it’s like peanut butter and jelly) anyways… you’ll have to let us know if they ever come to utah again so we can catch them.

They told us they might be here on their own tour in Feb, my 2-3 week old baby will probably keep me from going!

We got there right at 8 also and they were prompt; we had to run to our seats, the T-Shirt line was long and after going to small concerts with $20 shirts, the $40+ price tag, the fact that concert shirts never fit Jason’s 6′ 5″ bod, and my growing stomach deterred our purchase.
